The articulated brain of a physician, powered by AI. Free. Built by one board-certified family doctor, full-time, paid out of his own money and revenue — completely, and beyond. At this point it is in your hands to see this go into the future, or not.
Free structured clinical reasoning — the same OPQRST method a real doctor uses — for anyone, in any language, on a phone that already has Telegram. Multiple AI models debate each case through API calls and answer only through consensus, clearly marked as the answers of multiple AIs. Not for emergencies. Not a replacement for a doctor — see one whenever possible. For the people the system refused, and for the places with no reasonable access to healthcare (fewer than 1 physician per 10,000 people).
Sources you can check us against: personal history, physician, experts, AI, and national/international healthcare guidelines — side by side on our sites. Everything gets uploaded to GitHub. Fork it, save it, try things along the way.
The purpose of these posts: to communicate with people, educate, instruct, troubleshoot — and to revise our own code and methodology in the open. Every thread we start and every post we make gets indexed here, blockchain-like: append-only, each entry carrying the SHA-256 of the previous one. Your browser re-verifies the whole chain right now. We watch these threads and provide as much support as possible.

Honest limits of this ledger as it stands: entries are appended manually after we post, so there is a lag between a post existing and it appearing here. The hash chain proves order and integrity of the index — it does not make the content of a post true. 4chan threads expire; where possible we link archives. And the ledger lives on our infrastructure — fork the repo (instanthpi-web) and mirror it if you want it to outlive us.
