FOR DEVELOPERS & PHYSICIANS. Directory listing is free for every developer. InstantHPI does not moderate physician↔developer chat and takes no fee on what you pay each other.
Third pillar · alongside For Physicians & the Healthcare Blockchain

InstantHPI Developers — get hired by physicians who already run this codebase.

Physicians who automate their practice with InstantHPI sometimes want it customized, extended, or fixed — but they're doctors, not developers. This is the directory that connects them with developers who already know the InstantHPI / AI-Council code. Listing your profile is free for everyone. A $50/month subscription gets you Verified status, featured placement, and the right to use the released code commercially.

How it works

1 · Create a profileCV/bio, rate, preferred contact — free

Any developer can post a public profile: a short CV or bio, an hourly or project rate, and how you prefer to be reached (email, Discord, Telegram, whatever you use). No cost, no approval gate.

2 · Physicians find youThe directory lives at forms.instanthpi.ai/developers

Physicians already using InstantHPI browse the directory when they want automation built, customized, or troubleshot — intake flows, results routing, patient messaging, forms, the AI Council pipeline, whatever they've built or want to build.

3 · They message you directlyLogin-gated chat, unmoderated by design

A physician logs in and messages you through a simple chat. InstantHPI does not read, moderate, or store-and-review that conversation, and does not take a cut of anything you charge. You negotiate and get paid directly, however you two agree — invoice, PayPal, retainer, whatever works for you.

4 · You decide if you want moreThe $50/month Verified tier

Paying $50/month simultaneously does two things: puts a Verified badge on your profile and moves you to the top of the directory (featured placement), and grants you a commercial-use license for the released InstantHPI code — so you can build paid client work with it, resell customized deployments, or run it as a paid service for a physician. It's checked against our system automatically, not an honor system.

Free vs. Verified — exactly what changes

FREE — LIST YOURSELFEvery developer, no cost

Public profile in the directory. Physicians can find you and message you. You may fork, run, and modify the released InstantHPI code for personal or non-commercial use — learning, your own experiments, your own practice if you happen to be a physician too.

$50 / MONTH — VERIFIEDBadge + featured placement + commercial license, bundled

The same subscription unlocks both halves at once: a "Verified / Supporter" badge with featured placement at the top of the public directory, and the commercial-use license for the released code (see the LICENSE in the code repo). Active subscription = active rights, checked by webhook, not by trust. Cancel any time; commercial rights and the badge follow your subscription status.

The unmoderated chat, in plain terms

"Not moderated — you negotiate and contract directly with the developer." That line is shown permanently in the chat UI. InstantHPI provides the introduction and the messaging channel only: no escrow, no invoicing, no commission, no review of what's said. The $50/month subscription is the only money that ever moves between InstantHPI and a developer — whatever a physician pays a developer for actual work happens entirely off-platform, on terms the two of you set.

The code you'd be working with

Repoinstanthpi-for-developers

Full, runnable copies of the InstantHPI product codebase (the case-review AI Council product suite + the physician automation prompts/scripts), sanitized of all secrets, meant to be cloned and built on — not a fragment. Give it to Claude Code and reproduce the setup.

The instanthpi-for-doctors repo has copy-paste Claude Code prompts (BUILD-PROMPTS.json) for physicians who are technical or curious. If that's not you, hire a Verified developer from this directory instead — they already know the codebase.
